Every major event will be arranged and hosted by an event coordinator. Generally, it will be the same person who you have been working with throughout the process. Your event will also have an Event Manager on location at the restaurant it is held at.
At Brother Jimmy’s we are committed to creating the perfect menu for our guests. If you don't see it on our standard menu, our chef will work with you to create it.
The package prices are accurate but sometimes do not include all aspects of the event. There are simply too many variables, such as location, menu, and length of event, to create a standard pricing structure. Instead we will try to work to tailor the event to meet your budgetary guidelines.
Generally we can get you a quote within 24 hours. But in a pinch we’ll make it happen quicker.
We require a final number at least 24 hours prior to the event. Unfortunately, we will need to charge you for the guaranteed amount if the number of guests changes at the time of your event.

Brother Jimmy’s hosts all different types of parties. From birthday parties, game watch parties, to private corporate events and buyouts, we have the facilities to cater to your party’s needs. We can offer both semi-private and private areas to accommodate your group.
Parties can be held at any one of our six restaurants, and depending on your specific needs (size, geographic location, etc.) we will help guide you to the perfect spot!
All of our food and drink packages are based on a two hour period. Substitutions are always allowed, but they might affect the price of the package. We’d also be happy to customize a package to suit any of your budgetary needs, so don’t hesitate to reach out to the events department with your budget and let us work on it for you.
There may be additional charges for extra and/or premium items, as well as a fee for additional hours. As mentioned above, all packages are based on a two hour period; if you are looking for a longer party, we will have to adjust the quantities as well as the price.

“Family Style” means that we will plate your food on large platters and place them in the center of the table so that everyone can and share. Food will be replenished as it is consumed, and our servers will ensure that each dish is placed at different points of the table so that everyone has the opportunity to try everything!
We can also set up food as a buffet, and replenish that as well as dishes are consumed over the two hour period. Depending on the event, there may be an additional fee to setup a buffet in the dining room as it takes up extra space.

Although we offer many homemade dessert items and can accommodate special dessert orders/requests, you are still welcome to bring in your own.
We charge a $2.00 plating fee since we will be cutting and serving the cake, however coffee and tea is also included in this price
At Brother Jimmy’s, we like our customers to feel at home during their time at our restaurants. If you would like to bring in balloons, place cards, party favors, flowers, etc., please just let us know in advance so we can be prepared.

Brother Jimmy's Catering will cater all types of events. From drop off lunches, dinners, and snacks, to full service parties with wait staff, equipment rentals (including frozen margarita machines and grills), bartenders, and even music. We can create a full scale southern BBQ, New Orleans' style crawfish boil, or an actual pig pick. We cater for both corporate and private clients.
Events may be held at your office or home, on a roof top or backyard. For large events there are venue spaces to rent all around the try-state area. We will help guide you to the perfect location. There are virtually no limits to the type of event we can provide.
Plastic utensils, plates, and napkins are included in all packages. Additional items such as chafing sets to china would be billed at an additional charge. Substitutions are always allowed but they might affect the price of the package.
